Key Responsibilities • Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing common areas, offices, and restrooms. • Inspect and restock cleaning supplies as needed, ensuring all areas are well equipped. • Follow safety protocols and sanitation standards to promote a healthy work environment. • Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with environmentally friendly practices. • Maintain organization of cleaning equipment and supplies in storage areas. • Assist in special cleaning projects, such as deep cleaning and maintenance tasks, to support operational needs. • Communicate effectively with fellow team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and concerns. Required and preferred qualifications • Skills: Cleaning, Attention to Detail, Time Management, Teamwork, Communication, Reliability, Organization, Physical Stamina, Problem Solving, Customer Service. • Education: None required. • Experience: Prior experience in a cleaning or janitorial role preferred but not mandatory.
