Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring they have a positive experience during their visit to the dealership.
Manage customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, demonstrating professionalism and a welcoming attitude.
Assist in setting up vehicles for customer test drives and ensure they are clean and presentable.
Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth operational flow and enhanced customer satisfaction.
Maintain customer records and assist in follow-up communications to build lasting relationships.
Participate in team meetings to discuss goals, customer feedback, and opportunities for improvement.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in customer service roles.
