As a Customer Service Team Member, your role involves delivering fast and friendly service, processing orders, handling payments, and performing additional tasks as required. You'll aim to provide CHAMPS to customers and to expedite products of the company in an efficient, friendly and courteous manner while maintaining the area concerned in a clean and tidy condition. Duties & Responsibilities • Welcome customers with a friendly smile • Suggest items, specials, and promotions to customers • Handle customer complaints, queries, and concerns, telling the manager about serious problems • Give great customer service with a positive attitude • Talk about store events and keep the checkout area clean and organised • Communicate with supervisors and colleagues to ensure smooth operations • Use the cash register or computer to ring up orders correctly • Process different forms of payment, including cash, debit cards, and credit cards • Balance the cash register, perform cash counts, and monitor cash levels • Bag, box, or wrap products • Follow company rules, ways of working, and store standards • Receive, verify, and unpack new stock • Assist customers with orders over the counter and over the phone • Bring orders to customers at windows, counters, or tables • Make sure orders are packed, labeled, and look good • Manage phone orders by answering calls quickly • Keep front of house clean and organised during your shift Desired Experience & Qualification • Matric • Within 30km from job • Clear criminal record • South African candidates • Experience: Cashier, Crew Member, Team Member in resturant and food service stores, store restrurant
